Flor de Cesar 20th Anniversary Made by Espinosa
For the newest release of the Flor de Cesar we turned to Hector J. Alfonso Sr. of Espinosa Cigars. He did not disappoint with this full bodied, very flavorful power house of a cigar. It starts with a Pennsylvania Broadleaf wrapper over Nicaraguan binder and fillers. The Cigar wears the old school Flor de Cesar band from it's original inception.
