Omni Demi

The Omni Demi is an architecturally refined acoustic meeting pod for 2–4 people, engineered for small-group brainstorming, informal team discussions, and collaborative working within busy open-plan interiors. Fully enclosed and freestanding, it delivers a dedicated, acoustically controlled meeting space without the cost or permanence of fixed construction. Small-Group Collaboration Without a Meeting Room Open-plan offices rarely have space for a quick huddle, and booking a boardroom for three people wastes capacity. The Omni Demi fills that gap: Sized for 2–4 People: Upholstered bench seating either side of a central table gives a small team room to spread out laptops, notes, and shared documents. Certified Speech Privacy: Multi-layered acoustic panels deliver 30.2 dB speech level reduction to ISO 23351-1 Grade A, keeping discussions contained and office noise out. Architectural Glazed Design: 10mm toughened, double-laminated glass maintains daylight and sightlines across the floorplate while preserving full acoustic separation. Engineered for Longer Sessions The Omni Demi keeps a small team comfortable and focused throughout extended meetings: High-Capacity Quiet Ventilation: Quad turbo fans and four air outlets deliver 102.8 l/s (370 m³/h), refreshing the interior air roughly every 42 seconds through low-noise multi-channel ducts. Monitor & Presentation Ready: Available with or without an integrated monitor, so the same pod suits an informal catch-up or a structured client presentation. Conferencing equipment can be specified to suit. Adaptable Lighting: Fully dimmable task lighting (5–100%) with adjustable colour temperature from 3000K to 6000K for video calls or close document work. Integrated Power & Connectivity: Universal 220–240V socket, USB-A and USB-C charging, a CAT6 network port, and Bluetooth® speakers, all managed from the touch-screen control panel. Designed to Belong in Any Interior Configurable Finishes: Powder-coated aluminium frame or full upholstery in Gabriel 'Medley', with a curated palette of acoustic interior fabrics. Fast, Clean Installation: Assembled in around 30 minutes with no wet trades, ductwork, or building alterations. Freestanding & Relocatable: Integrated castors and a fully demountable structure mean the pod moves as your floorplate changes, or transfers to a new building entirely. Safety as Standard: Smoke detection and sprinkler system-ready, with an emergency safety hammer fitted internally. Built for Everyday Team Work Small-Group Brainstorming: A dedicated, interruption-free space for ideation, planning, and problem-solving. Informal Team Catch-Ups: Somewhere to take a three-person conversation off the open floor without booking a boardroom. Hybrid Meetings & Client Calls: Acoustic containment and even lighting for professional Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet sessions.
