Ferrofish VERTOpro 64 – 64x64 ADAT to Dante Converter & Router

The Ferrofish VERTOpro 64 connects high-channel-count ADAT systems to Dante. Eight optical ADAT inputs and eight outputs handle up to 64 x 64 channels at 48 kHz, matching the full 64 x 64 Dante interface, with switched or redundant network operation and AES67 compatibility. SMUX support allows operation up to 192 kHz. Unlike a basic converter, VERTOpro 64 can be configured entirely from the front panel. The 3-inch IPS colour display shows level metering, routing, clock and interface status, and an internal routing matrix moves signals between Dante and ADAT in blocks of eight or channel by channel. Eight presets, a device lock and a 6.3 mm headphone output for monitoring any digital input or output round out the package. Two MADI SFP slots can be activated with an optional MADI licence and Ferrofish SFP modules, adding routing between MADI, Dante and ADAT and independent or redundant MADI operation. Word clock I/O, MIDI and USB-C for RemoteFish control and firmware updates are built in. VERTOpro 64 replaces the original Ferrofish VERTO 64.
