Idaho 7 2021 100g Hop Pellets

Best before date: 01.01.2026. This date is just an indication for optimal freshness; however, our bags are nitrogen-flushed and have always been stored cold, so these hop bags are still completely fine to use! Idaho 7 is packed with citrus and sweet fruit flavors, creating a taste reminiscent of marmalade. It also provides a pleasant floral character that, combined with citrus, gives it a hint of Earl Grey tea. Aroma/Flavor: Citrus, sweet fruit, floral, tea. Usage: Bittering, Aroma Alternative Hops: Citra, Loral, El Dorado Recommended Beer Styles: IPA, NEIPA, Pale Ale Hop Combination Suggestions: Idaho 7, Azacca, Sabro Idaho 7, Amarillo, Mosaic, Simcoe Country of Origin: Harvest Year: Alpha Acid Content: Package Size: 100 grams Packaging: The hops are carefully weighed, nitrogen-flushed, and sealed in a light-proof, aluminum-coated package for optimal shelf life. Flushing with nitrogen displaces oxygen, which would otherwise degrade the quality of the hops. This method reduces the oxygen content in the package to 0.6-0.8%, which is excellent for preserving quality, flavor, and aroma. The hops package should be stored in a cool place at <4 degrees Celsius. Once opened, the package should be compressed and sealed with a zip-lock for continued storage in the refrigerator.
