COLOUR Bright, slight green hue. NOSE Vibrant and aromatic with purity of fruit at the forefront of this wine. Citrus blossom, honey dew and pears with some complexing sweet spices and a hint of Turkish delight and rose water. PALATE The palate has a lovely flow and volume with white fleshy stonefruit flavours lingering in the mid-palate with a classical supple yet textural drive from the wild ferment.
