Antique Paragon Autograph Album that belonged to Minnie Pickrell of Linden, Iowa then Crab Orchard, Nebraska. Golden tan cover with black accents and an embossed design in metallic silver. Filled with handwritten poems and sentiments that include the authors signature, date and location. Quite a few pages include a pasted die cut along the border and a few have a drawing. Dates range from 1882 to 1888. Locations include: Cotton Wood, Iowa Dallas county, Iowa Dexter, Iowa Elm Grove, Iowa Lake City, Iowa Maple Grove, Iowa Cottage Hill, Nebraska Crab Orchard, Nebraska I counted 43 pages with inscriptions. Book measures 5 1/4 x 3 3/8 inches and is used. Shows expected wear, including soiling and some loose pages. Nice piece of Iowa and Nebraska history.
