Broccardo's Il GiòPì Nebbiolo is aged 10 months in oak. Managed by the third generation of the winemaking family—siblings Filippo, Federica, and Laura—the estate combines traditional methods with a strong focus on SQNPI sustainable and organic practices. The wines are crafted to express the precise minerality of their native soils, sourced from prime vineyard plots located across Monforte d'Alba, Barolo, and Novello. Winemaking relies on minimal intervention, allowing the fruit to reflect its specific terroir with clarity. Langhe Nebbiolo is a distinct category valued for its varietal purity and structural focus. Unlike other classifications in the region that require extensive wood aging, this DOC emphasizes fresh fruit characteristics and immediate accessibility.
