PolStar NGS Library Prep qPCR Premix (2X)
The PolStar™ NGS Library Prep qPCR Premix produces auto-normalized libraries when paired with qPCR instruments that control PCR cycling of individual reactions based on fluorescence (e.g. iconPCR®). The PolStar™ Premix uses a high fidelity, hot-start DNA polymerase to amplify diverse templates of varying sizes with minimal bias making it an ideal choice for a variety of NGS applications including Illumina WGS & full-length 16S rRNA gene sequencing. The included SYTO9® fluorescent dye enables simultaneous amplification and quantification of high quality NGS libraries while the ready-to-use formulation minimizes hands-on time and handling errors.
