Metsikkö Wool Blanket

Metsikkö design captures the beauty of Finnish nature in a humorous light. The illustrator Matti Pikkujämsä is an award-winning graphic designer. He won the Finnish Illustration State Award in 2015 and Illustrator of the year award 2019. Matti draws inspiration from the nostalgic features of the Finnish everyday life, finishing the art pieces with warm humour. Matti Pikkujämsä has been working together with Lapuan Kankurit since 2010 and many of his classic designs can be found in our collection. The Metsikkö blanket is made from 100% pure new wool and has been brushed to a soft finish, making it wonderfully comfortable even against bare skin.
