Rooted in the element of “”Kazu” aka Wind, this gi’s custom-dyed gray colorway gives it a truly stand-out look. The jacket is crafted from our lightest and comfortable 350gsm Star Weave, paired with 10oz Rip Stop cotton pants designed for ultimate comfort. With these specs this is also our favorite travel Gi, for it’s lightness and ease of drying. Inside the gi, the collar features sublimated artwork inspired by Hokusai timeless Great Wave artwork. A large, soft screen print embellishes the inner jacket—designed to gently fade over time, giving the kimono a rich, vintage character as it ages. The exterior is finished with high-definition patches, embroideries, and prints that add depth and authenticity to the garment. On the inside, you’ll also discover a unique haiku poem, an added touch that celebrates the spirit of the Tengu. We have also included a unique high quality Gi bag, with a comfortable zipper pocket that can hold your phone, wallet andother items. This bag is fully machine washable so you can just throw it in the wash along with the GI. The GI fits like a modern tapered GI - It is pre-shrunk, but please allow for an additional 4% to 8% natural fabric shrinkage after the first few washes.
