Bell’s Cathcart

Bell’s Cathcart Bloom Size: 4–5" Bloom Type: Informal Decorative (ID) Plant Height: 5' Bell’s Cathcart has a lovely old-fashioned charm, with soft rose-pink petals fading to creamy ivory at the edges. The 4–5 inch blooms have a beautiful, full form with gently curled petals towards the center, giving them the appearance of an old garden rose. I've been particularly impressed with how consistent this variety is, both in its coloring and flower form. It's a vigorous grower, reaching around 5 feet tall, and produces plenty of blooms throughout the season. A really lovely garden dahlia that also makes an excellent cut flower.
