Shouboushi Tattooed Arm

Bold, graphic and unapologetically Japanese-inspired — the Shouboushi Tattooed Arm by Ateliers Davoy brings a touch of irezumi art to your interior. Carved in linden wood with articulated fingers, this artist’s-model arm is covered in hand-applied tattoos: a red Daruma doll, cherry blossoms, a soaring crane, koi waves and a fierce warrior winding up the forearm, in deep black ink lifted with touches of red. Tattoos are ancestral and multicultural — and on the hand they are never hidden, but worn with pride. Ateliers Davoy’s collection of tattooed arms and hands lets you own the designs you might never dare to wear yourself. Display it on a bookshelf, a desk or among your curiosities — a striking sculptural piece with a rebellious soul. 10 x 10 x 41 cm / 3.9 x 3.9 x 16.1 in. Linden wood Made in Thailand
