It’s designed to help you take those very first steps towards being more creative without giving yourself a hard time about the outcome. It’s all designed to be gentle, relaxing and encouraging. It’ll help you loosen up your brain and sink into a bit of you time. A colouring, reverse colouring and doodling book to bridge that gap between loving the idea of creativity and having no confidence and no idea where to begin.
