Shaped slowly by hand in an open flame, the cherry hangs from a long, slender stem beneath a wide green leaf, a delicate white blossom, and tiny pink buds still waiting to open. It's a whole little branch in one piece, made to be noticed. Once shaped, all glass elements are annealed in a kiln to strengthen the glass for durability and long-lasting wear. After cooling, they are carefully cleaned, polished, and thoughtfully assembled on sterling silver findings. Every necklace takes several days to complete. Subtle variations in shape and color are part of its handmade character, a reminder that each piece is made by hand, with patience and care.
