This is a positive brucellosis complement binding reaction component, lyophilized blood serum from bovines hyperimmunized with Brucella abortus bacteria. It comes in 2.0 cm³ vials sealed with rubber stoppers and aluminum caps with flip-off indicators, packed in boxes with dividers. Each box contains 10 vials. It should be stored and transported at 2°C to 8°C in the dark and has a 24-month shelf life.
