SOF Prep & Combat Readiness - 3 Day Prep Course & Competition

This event is for future SOCOM and JSOC athletes including law enforcement, military, fire/rescue and agencies professionals. Objective: Expose the gaps BEFORE selection exposes them for you! This isn't a boot camp. It isn't a motivational weekend. And it isn't three days of getting smoked for Instagram. You'll be assessed. You'll be coached. You'll be challenged. We will provide education and practical application of physical, task-related exercises, instruct quality of movement, establish safety and control, and focus on longevity through a tactical career. Education will also be provided on mindset, sleep, stress management, and nutrition & supplementation.
