Dalrymple Single Site Estate Pipers River Pinot Noir 2024 An elegant single-site Pinot Noir shaped by the cool, maritime conditions of Tasmania’s Pipers River. The warmer 2024 vintage brings generous flavours of ripe cherry, cranberry and plum, layered with Asian five spice, subtle vanilla and an evolving savoury character. The palate is soft and beautifully focused, combining juicy cherry fruit with fine natural acidity, silky tannins and a long, persistent finish. Hand-picked fruit, 10% whole-bunch fermentation and 10 months in French oak add structure and complexity without overwhelming its vibrant fruit. Open one to two hours before serving to allow the aromas to fully unfold. Pair with roasted pork loin and cherry reduction, or baked peppers filled with spiced jackfruit, rice and beans.
