Blue & Black Collar

This striking collar features bright blue top and base straps over a black liner, with white stitching and solid brass hardware. The collar is adjustable from 12.5 to 15.5 inches, and is 2" wide. It is cut, tooled, dyed, stitched, and assembled entirely by hand. To measure your neck size: Measure the base of your neck using a soft measuring tape or string, then round up to the next half inch. The tape should be snug around your neck, but not tight.
