1980s Italian Hand-Painted Ceramic Swan Tureen & Centerpiece in Meissen Style by Chelsea House

An exceptional late 20th-century Italian sculptural swan tureen and centerpiece by Chelsea House, styled after early European porcelain swan tureens (such as famous Meissen models). This large-scale figural swan features a lift-off upper body that rests securely on a sculpted base bowl. While modeled in the tradition of a soup tureen, it actually lacks a ladle opening, making it ideal as a covered serving vessel, decorative dining table centerpiece, cachepot/planter, or grand console display.
