Red Gum Slabs — Salvaged Timber
Red Gum Slabs — Salvaged Donnybrook VIC Eucalyptus camaldulensis This Red Gum was salvaged from a property in Donnybrook, removed to make way for a new public school. The tree had been dead standing for several years before removal. We slabbed the whole tree — trunk and limbs — between 40–60mm thick. There are over 100 Red Gum slabs in stock, a mixture of air dried and kiln dried. Slabs have been flattened and thicknessed on both sides. A lot of the timber is figured, with gum vein and natural holes present throughout. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use. A typical selection of slabs is shown in the photos with pricing marked — pricing varies according to slab thickness and width. There are more than 100 slabs in stock, so what’s shown in photos is a sample rather than the full range.
