BNR MZR turbocharger install kit (fits OEM, CS, and S1-S5 BNR models)

This kit comes with a new BNR turbocharger. If you have an oem turbocharger, Corksport, or a older BNR S1-S5 turbocharger upgrade, this install kit will work for you! All hardware is made out of stainless steel and the turbine inlet and outlet gaskets are 5 layer MLS construction with a compression ring. BNR's custom M10 stainless nuts have a machined flat surface to lock into the washer once torque is applied. The best quality install kit around, this is a must have when installing an MZR turbocharger! BNR MZR install kit includes: Turbine inlet gasket Turbine outlet gasket 9 M10 1.5 Stainless studs 9 M10 Stainless washers 9 M10 1.5 Stainless locking nuts 2 Oil outlet gaskets (Coated metal) 4 M14 Copper sealing washers 2 M12 Copper sealing washers Stainless firewall side water line (not used on OEM turbochargers) BNR Supercars vinyl sticker *Torque M10 hardware no more than 36 ft lbs in a star pattern in 3 different steps to insure flanges are seated flat. Copper sealing washers should be heated up with a torch and annealed. This process allows the copper to become soft and create the best seal possible. All other torque values, use OEM Mazda specifications.*
