Cowslip Flowers | Dok Ka Jong (100g)
Fresh cowslip creeper flowers (ดอกขจร), known as dok ka jong, have a mild sweetness and a tender texture that retains a pleasant bite when briefly cooked. The small green flower buds work well with eggs, noodles and savoury seasonings. How to use: Rinse and remove any tougher stem ends before cooking. Stir-fry the flowers with egg, glass noodles, prawns, minced pork or tofu, or add them to light soups. They can also be briefly blanched and served as a vegetable alongside nam prik and other Thai chilli dips. Storage: Keep refrigerated Country of Origin: Thailand
