Albacore Tuna Pieces
Our piece packs consist of 5 pounds of tuna loin "trimmings" (the tapered ends of the loin that are left after we cut our loin portions + some trim). These 'stew meat' pieces are perfect for using for chowders, curries, pate, or for putting up your own shelf stable cans/jars of tuna. Canning is hard enough, let us do the cutting!
