The latest release of Maxime's now legendary cuvée from the remarkable 'Les Gras d'Huile' single vineyard, now based on the 2022 vintage. As with previous iterations, there is plenty going on; abundant tropical fruit is balanced by brilliant salinity and minerality, while the restrained use of oak brings out the warmth of the wine. House Profile A wonderfully exciting new producer from the village of Beaunay, South of the Côte des Blancs. The Domaine was founded in the 1920s by Leon and Gabrielle Aubert. They started by working the vines and their children ended up developing the winery. The first press was put in by their child Pascal in the 1990s. Maxime came on board in 2012 and started to make his own wines in 2015 after the construction of their first cellar.
