This Comté is matured for over 36 months and offers a complex flavour full of nutty, caramelly, and even meaty notes with a luxurious fudgy texture and lively protein crystals. This Comté is an exquisite treat, especially when paired its best wine mate from the same region - Vin Jaune. If you can't easily source Vin Jaune, our Rancio Sec is a great alternative!
