Its distinct geography with rugged mountains, fertile highlands and a climate influenced by the tropical Pacific, creates ideal conditions for growing coffee with pronounced clarity and complexity. We work with trusted cooperatives and smallholder farms across the Highlands, where altitudes of 1,500–1,800 metres encourage slow cherry development and concentrated flavour.
