Higher-resolution files give us the best chance of producing a crisp, detailed, high-quality finished desk mat. PNG files are preferred. PNG files usually provide cleaner artwork, sharper edges, and better results, particularly for logos, graphics, and designs with transparent backgrounds. Landscape images work best. As the desk mat is 90 cm wide by 40 cm high, horizontal images are ideal and need the least amount of cropping or adjustment. Logo uploads are welcome. If your logo is square, vertical, or has a transparent background, we can create a colour gradient or complementary background fill to help it work beautifully across the full desk mat size. Please keep important details away from the edges. Faces, text, logos, and key design elements should sit comfortably within the image rather than directly against the outer edges. A Note on upscaling. We can upscale some images using proprietary upscaling software, this will only improve the image pixel count to improve clarity, not change the image in any way Please note: The final print quality is based on the quality of the image supplied. Low-resolution images, screenshots, heavily compressed files, or images saved from social media may appear softer or less detailed once enlarged to the full 90 cm x 40 cm desk mat size.
