BiCellVirus Serum Containing Culture Medium is a cell culture medium optimized for the culture of HEK293-T or CHO-T cells to produce viruses. This medium contains pre-screened fetal bovine serum (FBS), as well as other growth factors to support virus production in HEK293-T and CHO-T cells. BiCellVirus Serum Containing Culture Medium has been validated for use of HEK293-T or CHO-T cells in flask and bioreactor. BiCellVirus Serum Containing Culture Medium is recommended for use with BiCellVirus HEK293-T cell & CHO-T cell.
