The scenery, the food, the people and the (then few & emerging) craft breweries (shout-outs to Pasture Brewing and Heart of Darkness Brewing). But one thing we literally took away with us is the coffee. Vietnamese coffee is so intense and flavourful we bought back a whole suitcase full of it to make this Imperial Stout. We have layered 8 different malts then cold stepped a massive amount of Vietnamese Da lat coffee.
