Cask Martin 2nd Edition is here. Our first Cask Martin bottling, in collaboration with beloved local Bar Martin was an instant hit - so here comes our next delicious edition. Made from 100% NZ grown barley, from the Canterbury Plains, South Island. Unsmoked single malt whisky, aged in an Ex-NZ-Pinot Noir cask made of oak from the Vogue Forrest in Southern France. It's cask number 37, following in sequence from Cask Martin one which was cask number 36. These rare, early Thomson Whisky cask numbers are a treasure to own and only around 200 bottles of this release are available. Really moreish, really refined and just a straight up yummy drop!
