Domaine Gavoty Grand Classique Rosé

This organically farmed rosé from the Cotes de Provence in France was made by female winemaker Roselyn Gavoty who employs a unique combination of saignee and direct press methods, wherein she macerates the fruit for several hours before pressing, yielding a gorgeous, layered rosé with far more concentration than you'd expect from Provence. Racy and succulent with a brilliant salmon hue, this blend of Cinsault, Grenache and Carignan shows zesty meyer lemon, cranberry, sour cherry and red currant flavors.
