Hazmat shipments require a direct signature at delivery and cannot be held at a hub or rerouted to another address once they've shipped. FedEx will make three delivery attempts; if no one is available to sign, the package will be returned to us. We reserve the right to use a variety of carriers and will contact you to confirm the best available shipping method when your order is processed.
