Tomatin 'Cadenhead' 16 years old 46%

This 16 year old bottling, distilled at Tomatin Distillery was re-racked and finished in Manzanilla Hogsheads in 2020. The nose opens up with aromas of cognac and brandy snaps, followed by syrupy stroopwafels and ripe banana. On the palate there are notes of chamomile tea, orange zest and milk chocolate, alongside hints of cardamom. Salted pretzels, caramelised brown sugar and flat cola linger on the finish.
