A six-bottle look at Clément Bärtschi’s work across Bugey and Savoie, centered on the 12-hectare Cru Manicle. The core of the pack is a three-wine study of Manicle: Sous Les Rochers La Vigne Chardonnay and Pinot Noir come from the same middle section of the clos, where deeper clay-limestone soils collect, while Le Clos Chardonnay comes from vines near the edges on pure limestone. Same cru, two grapes, and two distinct parts of the vineyard. The rest of the pack widens the view with Sur Les Graviers Brut Nature, a traditional-method Chardonnay from Bugey, plus two Savoie whites built around Altesse and Jacquère. Limited stock only.
