DIMINISH is a multi-phase visual deck vanish that plays big and resets instantly. A spectator freely chooses a card and signs it, then it goes back into the deck. Slowly, in full view, the deck begins to shrink. First the cards disappear by colour, then by suit, until only the signed selection remains. That last card is completely examinable. It works with any deck, including a borrowed one, and needs no threads, elastic or springs. It's clean from every angle, and it plays just as well with or without a jacket.
