Blade X Dartboard & Surround Bundle

The Blade X Dartboard & Surround Bundle pairs the Winmau Blade X with a Winmau printed surround that fits around it. The Blade X is the official PDC dartboard and is built on Pro Core technology: layered African sisal exceeding 5.5 million fibres per board, run 13% longer than the previous generation and bonded to a layered hardwood backboard with carbon fibre. The surround is a printed foam ring that slides onto the board with no tools or fixings, sized to suit Winmau, Red Dragon and Nodor bristle dartboards. The longer sisal gives the fibres more depth to absorb a dart's energy and close behind it, which is what keeps the surface flat and the segment lines sharp over time, while the compressed inner core takes the impact that would otherwise loosen the bed. Density Control wire concentrates fibre density in the doubles, trebles and bull, the areas that wear first, and the angled ultra-slim wiring sits at 60 degrees so a dart landing on a wire is guided into the scoring bed rather than rebounding. The laser-cut steel number ring rotates a full 360 degrees without being removed, so the board can be turned to move wear off the treble 20 in seconds, and the board mounts on pre-drilled steel threads with three Rota-Lock levellers, set with the bullseye 1.73m from the floor. The surround measures 436mm across the inner opening and 675mm across the outer edge, adding roughly 120mm of catching area so darts that miss the board hit foam rather than the wall.
