If they're sold out when you order, yours waits for the next full moon, so allow 3 to 5 weeks. The moon sets the schedule, not us. Made near a full moon. Finished by one. On full moon nights, the windowsill of our Medford studio holds a small, strange harvest: finished pairs of these earrings, laid out to spend the night under the light. It's the same idea as moon water, the old practice of leaving water out to catch the full moon, except nothing here needs to stay dry-cleaned of the poetry. Moonlight only. No water required. The pearls themselves are 12mm Swarovski crystal pearls, and we'll tell you exactly what that means: a crystal core with a lustrous pearl coating, made by Swarovski, not pulled from an oyster. Emily chose them on purpose. They bring a smooth, creamy glow and a perfectly round, light-catching consistency that natural pearls at this size can't match without a very different price tag. Each pearl is hand-wrapped in solid sterling silver and hung from a solid sterling ear wire. At 12 millimeters these read as statement earrings, real presence at the ear, but the design stays clean and simple so the pearl and its glow do all the talking. Wear them as a small reminder to trust your intuition and keep your own rhythms. And when they feel like they've given all their light away, the fix is on the care card: set them back out under the next full moon.
