Tasting Notes: This vintage of Calm the Franc Down is ready to be your new go-to approachable, crowd-pleasing, and easy-drinking wine! After 12 months of aging in mostly neutral French oak barrels, on the nose you’ll discover aromas of plum, dark cherry, violet, dried thyme, and mocha, clearly announcing a high percentage of Cabernet Franc in the blend. The palate delivers a well-layered and fruity profile with soft tannins, and a rich mid-palate, alongside a surprisingly long finish.
