1970 Mack Truck Emblem Zippo Lighter – Unfired – Original Emblem Box

A distinctive 1970 Zippo advertising lighter featuring an affixed Mack Trucks bulldog emblem on the front. The reverse is engraved “Shaw Mack Inc., R.D. #3, DuBois, PA.”, making this an attractive double-sided advertising example.The lighter is unfired and retains its period-correct Zippo emblem box. This box has the deeper lower section specifically designed to accommodate the raised emblem on the face of the lighter. The box remains strong and firm, with sound corners, and includes the accompanying Zippo guarantee and instruction pamphlet.The brushed chrome surface presents well overall. Several small pockmarks or flea bites are visible on the reverse and are clearly shown in the photographs. These marks are reflected in the assigned Excellent 93 condition grade.
