This Alastair Gibson and Carbon Art 45 sculpture shows a stylised racing piranha - inspired by the iconic Gulf Porsche 917K used as a test car for Le Mans in 1970 before becoming the star car in Steve McQueen's legendary 1971 racing film "Le Mans", used as a keyring. Laminated in one mould. Limited to 50 pieces only. Body: Re-engineered from the original ‘racing piranha 2’. These small fish are made from 3 ply/layers of 2 x 2 twill of 200 gsm carbon fibre, photo etched stainless steel, 3mm lexan polycarbonate, vinyl detailing with UV protection clear coat. Marking detail: Custom designed iconic Gulf Porsche 917K inspired vinyl transfer. Dimensions: L 105 mm Weight: 30 grams.
