Volume: 700ml x 3 The Dalmore Portfolio Series No. 1 Bordeaux Wine Cask Finish The first expression in The Dalmore Portfolio Series showcases the distillery’s signature Highland character with a Bordeaux wine cask finish. The influence of Bordeaux casks adds layers of ripe fruit, gentle sweetness and refined tannins, complementing The Dalmore’s rich and elegant house style. It is presented with specially commissioned artwork created in collaboration with V&A Dundee, connecting whisky craftsmanship with contemporary Scottish art. The Dalmore Portfolio Series No. 2 Châteauneuf-du-Pape Wine Cask Finish The second expression explores the influence of Châteauneuf-du-Pape wine casks, bringing a deeper and more fruit-driven dimension to The Dalmore’s spirit. Rich red fruit, spice and subtle oak combine with the distillery’s naturally smooth and complex character, creating a distinctive expression within the Portfolio Series. Like the other releases, it features artwork specially created through The Dalmore’s collaboration with V&A Dundee. The Dalmore Portfolio Series No. 3 Select Bordeaux Cabernet Sauvignon Cask Finish The third expression features a finish in Select Bordeaux Cabernet Sauvignon casks, introducing another layer of dark fruit, spice and oak to The Dalmore’s Highland malt. The carefully selected wine casks complement the whisky’s rich character while offering a different interpretation of the Portfolio Series. Its presentation continues the artistic collaboration with V&A Dundee, making the complete collection a combination of whisky craftsmanship and Scottish contemporary art.
