Bake for 15-20 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Recommended Sear skin side down in a hot pan with oil. Cook for about 5 minutes until skin crisps then flip and cook for another 5 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
