Blended by Wiber Ventura at Tabacalera William Ventura, the Gladius embodies Tradecraft's dedication to craftsmanship and balance, now presented in a box-pressed format that delivers a slightly slower, more concentrated burn. This smokes with more body, more chocolate, more spice. This is a cigar that takes on an identity of its own! The blend features a San Andrés Maduro wrapper aged 3 to 5 years from the Turrent Family, a Sumatran binder, and a filler blend of Pennsylvania Broadleaf, Ecuadorian Habano 2000, and Criollo 98' ligero. The result is a rich, full-bodied smoke with notes of baker's chocolate, savory meat, baking spice, and earth — finished with a citrus and cinnamon retrohale that leaves a lasting, mouthwatering finish.
