#7in7earrings 2026, Day TWO:"Forest Friends"

Two years ago was the last time I did the Aisha Likes It Earring Challenge and at the end of the last day I came up with the idea to do a frog and toadstool. I shelved it until next time, and here we are. I think it's better for having sat in my imagination a bit. I can't decide which I like more, the way the cheeky little frog is shaded and his smile, or the gills and pearl spots on the toadstool. Sterling silver with micro-mosaics and pearls. Both earrings measure 2 5/8” long, including the hooks. The frog weighs 12 grams, the toadstool weighs 8.5 grams
