Stoutcask Specialty Cask Rum

A full circle project. In 2022 we sent over our very first decanted barrel of rum "Bungholio" followed closely by 11 of its mates, to our good friends at Mountain Culture Brewery. This was for our very first collab Stout "angels' share" Little did everyone know we took this barrel back after Angels' Share Stout was decanted and filled it with already 2 year old Outcask Rum aging it for a further 2 years in the ex-Angels' Share Stout Cask resulting in a bold, complex rum with notes of roasted malt, subtle espresso and chocolate. Giving a long warming dry finish that invites you in for the next sip.As a limited-batch, one-off offering, once it's gone, it's gone!
