Rental Security Deposit (Refundable)

A refundable $150 security deposit, charged once at the start of your AI Lockbox rental. This is not a fee and it is not applied to your monthly rent. Return the unit in working order and the full $150 comes back to you after inspection. How it is refunded: if we receive your unit within 120 days of your order, the deposit is refunded to your original payment method. After 120 days our payment processor no longer permits a refund to that card, so we issue the full $150 as Lubn store credit, which does not expire.
