Tasting - Famille Fabre Wines 5th November 2026

THURSDAY 5th November 2026 7:00pm - 8.30pm £15 per person We are delighted that we are being joined by Clemence Fabre of Famille Fabre wines for this tasting. Clemence will be giving us an insider's insight into the estate and their wines. With records stretching back to 1605,the Fabres have been making wine in the Languedoc for over 15 generations. Over the centuries their hard work, along some well chosen marriages, have seen their holdings expand, adding some fantastic properties along the way. This gives them access to a wide range of terroirs and varieties, which translates to an equally wide variety of wines. Historical pedigree, however, has not stiffled innovation. Famille Fabre started the move to organic farming back in 1991, and nowadays all their vineyards are certified organic. They also hold HEV3 status, France's highest environmental certification. This tasting will cover the whole gamut of their output with sparkling, white, rose and red wines all making an appearance. NB: No physical tickets will be sent out.
