XD Needle Bearing Driveshells

Our stainless steel XD driveshells are compatible with ISO, Classic, Tandem, and Uni-disc Needle Bearing rear hubs. They are available complete with all internals ready to be lubricated and installed, or as conversion kits utilizing parts from your current driveshell. PHB581 - Complete replacement driveshell with bearings, ready to drop in to an existing Needle Bearing equipped Classic or ISO rear hub. Due to Needle Bearing race tolerances, the driveshell's Needle Bearing does need to match the spec marked on your axle. In your order notes please inform us of the spec that your axle has, it's a number from 2 to 4 inside a diamond. PHB583 - Replacement driveshell end cap. Includes the seal. End cap is laser marked to indicate the tolerance of the outer Needle Bearing race. Please inform us of your spec so we can match it. PHB584 - Replacement stainless steel XD driveshell. Does not include any internals or end cap PHB585 - Conversion driveshell assembly. If you have an existing HG Needle Bearing driveshell and want to convert to XD, these are all the parts needed to perform the conversion. A Universal Hub Tool will be required to disassemble the HG driveshell and transfer the internals into the XD. PHB586 - Capture Seal for ISO XD Driveshell
