Core Hoodie - Heather Grey

The Core Hoodie is built on the same 430 GSM 100% cotton brushed fleece as the Core Crewneck, a serious weight that wears like a substantial layer rather than a casual sweat. Dual layer pullover hood with a drawcord, finished with heavy metal grommets at the drawcord exit points. The kangaroo pouch pocket extends all the way to the side section rib panel, a detail borrowed from one of our favorite made in USA vintage hoodie references. A large rib runs along that side section of the garment, taking its cues from vintage collegiate sweatshirt designs. Rib knit at the cuffs and waistband, with set in sleeves and a clean shoulder line. The hood, waist rib, and shoulder seams are stabilized with a coverstitch that straddles the seam, another sewing process that helps strengthen the garment for years of wear and wash. Heather Grey is knit from pre twisted heathered yarn, multiple grey tones combined for the natural depth heather is known for, and finished at the dye house alongside the seasonal colorways for the same soft wash hand.
