Each pack contains two skin on salmon fillet portions Pan fry it skin side down for really crispy skin These are boneless fillet portions from farmed salmon. Farmed salmon is one of our best selling lines. The fillet portion is cut from the lower end of the fish fillet where the fillet is slightly thinner than the middle where the fillet steaks come from. The difference in thickness is reflected in the price.
